In the 20 th century 100 000 000 human beings were annihilated by their fellow man through the frenzy of warfare and bloodshed,old men continu to send young men into harms way.Reactionist politics,ecological mayhem,etc.The Patriarch Pandemonium.
A man on the moon,penicillin,Elvis Presley ...all admirable achievements,but utterly pointless when on the road towards selfdestruction.Fatalistic nor cynical...these words rather imply an impatient longing for metamorphose.
It is time for a U-turn...the path to enlightenment is awaiting.
The human race needs another renaissance...a feminine revolution,an incessant association with the maternal genes and genius.Girl power versus glass ceilings.Misogyny,gynophobia...crimes against humanity.Exit the bionic man,hail to the totemic woman!Martha Luther king...where areth thou?
These contemplations resurface every time i haphazardly find myself in a predominant female environment...be it the historical guild for Belgian embroidery or the Sivananda Yoga Ashram in Kerala.
Mindgames turn into Mindpower.Hocus Focus.Armistice of the war between the sexes.Equanimity;mental or emotional stability or composure, calmness, equilibrium.
In one word:harmony.
Our human tapestry needs spiritual cross-stitching...there's no need for Thomas More's Utopia but the search for more divinity in who we are and what we establish is not at all ambitious...rather a moral imperative(with optional chanting!).
